Left to right: minute (0 to 59), hour (0 to 23), day of month (1 to 31), month (1 to 12), and day of week (0 to 6, Sunday is 0). A star means "every," a slash sets a step like every-five, a dash is a range, and commas list specific values. This same pattern schedules everything from a backup to the daily rebuild that publishes future-dated posts on this very site.
